Do Stones Speak???

Recently I got some large pieces of the Pear, Oval and Marquise cut, just to show how pretty Lizzies are especially in BIG sizes and of course i was not disappointed! .. the brilliance and the fire is just unbelievably lively .. that they even appear to be speaking to me .. LOL. It is undeniable that for Lizzies, the larger the cut, the more beautiful the stone; ie if you can take the size :)

These stones just need to be set in a simple solitaire or 3-stone ring. You can see I am very much inspired by these "
UNFORGETTABLE" pieces.

Here are are pictures I took.. The RB here just for size comparison.

18x12mm PEAR CLASSIC cut in L/M color with 7mm RB

16x12mm OVAL CLASSIC cut L/M color with 7mm RB

18x9mm MARQUISE in H color with 7mm RB

Group pictures ..

Handshots just for fun! Click on pictures for larger format.

So .. are the stones speaking to you too ??

5-Stone Asscher Ring Band

I want to share this project I am doing for Andrea who first contacted me a month ago abt IT'S SO LIZ!. Andrea decides though that before starting on the ISL, that she would like to have a 5-stone ring band with little Asschers done first. Here are the little ones..

In spite being just 4mm, these little Asschers are impressively sparkly and is a welcome change from the usual rounds or princesses.

And now for the nice substantial metalwork .. in 18k White Gold :)

Can't wait to take pictures of this beauty! Will be back with pictures of the completed band. Please come back :) Thank you Andrea!

SparklingLizzies Online Retail

Don't know if any one is aware but I have started a online store for my brand of diamond simulants: "SparklingLizzies - Best Value Price". There are so many cuts available but i have so far put up the more popular cuts so please check with me if you can't find those cuts you like to have on the blog. Just to give you an idea, I have added some pictures here. PLEASE CLICK TO GET A LARGER VIEW :)

I have also painstakingly taken photos of my simulants (czs) in the color range of colorless to yellow under the Diamond Equivalent Color Guide which represents quite truly the colors of my diamond simulants so as to help you decide on the color range when ordering. I did one also for the Pink Color Guide so that you can see the subtle difference between the Lightest Pink and the Light Pink. I intend to take more pictures of the other colors of SparklingLizzies once I can gather more time. I hope you will find them useful.

I hope you will come and visit this site. I am sure you will find my prices very palatable :)

NEXT TO COME .. a store where you can buy ready-to-ship pieces.

Thank you All for your kind support !

Passionate About the PASSION CUT

I am excited .. this SparklingLizzie PASSION CUT in Canary Yellow sparkles like no other. Like the modified Emerald Cut, the dimension of this stone is proportioned at 1:1.5 which gives it an elongated and elegant, majestic look. This client has definitely chosen the right color for this cut. See how well it shows the 'scissor' faceting and when it is hit with any kind of light, the fire and the brilliance is just out of this world!

Emerald Cut in Light Champagne

I have been asked by a dear customer for pictures of my Emerald Cut in Light Champagne color. This emerald cut is a modified version in that the proportion is cut to 1:1.5 ratio.

At certain angle the tone of the champagne is very light to almost a transparent champagne tinge. The tone changes to slightly reddish in incandescent (yellow) light. These are taken in the bright morning sun.

Note for simulants (czs), the larger the stone, the stronger the tone.

This is for you Amy :)
